PRIVACY POLICY
FlashNative is a tool for creating a website at an easy way.
We provide this tool as a free service and do not ask you to
enter any personal information.
(A) FlashNative stores the following information:
-- ANONYMOUS VISITOR INFORMATION USED FOR STATISTICS
FlashNative collects anonymous information, which refers to data that cannot be
tied back to a specific individual. For example, FlashNative collects some information
each time a visitor creates a website so we can improve the overall
quality of the visitor's online experience. FlashNative collects the visitor's IP
address (e.g., whether the user is logged on from ibm.com or aol.com), referral
data (e.g., the Internet address of the last Web page visited by a user before
clicking over FlashNative), and browser and platform type (e.g., a
Netscape browser on a Macintosh platform).
Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.
-- SESSION DATA
Data you enter on your website must be stored, so you can download your website after
completion. This data will be stored at two ways:
-> A session cookie, which will be deleted automatically at the moment you leave FlashNative
-> Temporary data on our servers (such as uploaded images), which will be deleted automatically after three hours
-- CORRESPONDATION
Correspondence: If you contact FlashNative (via the menu help > about > contact),
we may keep a record of that correspondence. We do not collect any email addresses
you enter as content on your website (eg the e-mail adress you enter on the 'contact' page of your site).
We use the information provided so that we may respond to the email.
(B) No other data is stored on our servers.
We do not store/keep any other information of you on our servers.
So, for example, FlashNative does NOT store:
- The content you have entered on your website (it is removed from our servers after 3 hours)
- Any personal details (details such as FTP loginnames or passwords are disposed when you leave FlashNative)
- Details you've entered on the 'contact' page on your website (automatically erased from our servers after 3 hours)
(C) Your website online
FlashNative allows you to create a website at an easy way.
Anything you enter on your website (images, texts, etc) should be considered completely public.
Do not add ANY content to your website you do not want to share.
Remember that websites you place on the internet can be viewed by ANYONE, not just by people you choose.
Websites created using FlashNative are static websites and do not connect to FlashNative.com or use
any other includes (no banners, no pop-ups, no visitor data is sent to FlashNative.com, etc).
(D) Webhosting
FlashNative does not provide webhosting. You can download your website to your harddisk,
or upload it to the internet. In both cases, the data of your website will be
automatically and completely removed from our servers after 3 hours.
The server running FlashNative is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
FlashNative provides step-by-step instructions about signing up for free webhosting of Cwahi.
We do not have any relationship with Cwahi and only provide this information as extra service.
Cwahi is a division of Crosswinds. FlashNative does not store any information about your Cwahi account.
The Cwahi Privacy Policy can be found at http://www.cwahi.net/privacy.php
FlashNative also provides step-by-step instructions about Bravenet. FlashNative does not have any relationship
with Bravenet, and only provides this information as extra service. FlashNative does not store any information
about your Bravenet account. The Bravenet Privacy Policy can be found at http://www.bravenet.com/global/terms.php
(E) Unsubscribing
FlashNative does not offer account registration. You create your website, save it, and leave FlashNative.
Except for the anonymous visitor mentioned in step (A), which we use for visitor counting, no data of your
visit is stored. Therefore, unsubscribing from FlashNative is not necessary and not possible.
For information about unsubscribing of Bravenet or Cwahi, please refer to their websites.
(F) Contact
If you have any further questions, you can contact us via the menu help > about > contact in Complete Mode.
Notice that this privacy policy may change at anytime without notice. Changes will only affect websites
created using FlashNative created from that time, not previously created websites.
